Privacy Policy

We collect the following to provide and improve the service:

• Account information - your name and email address, provided when you sign up (directly or through Google).
• Profile content - everything you add to your page: links, images, text, services, products and settings.
• Payment information - handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card details; we retain only transaction metadata (amount, status, timestamps).
• Usage & analytics - page views, card clicks, referrer, approximate country and device type, so you and we can understand performance.
• Cookies - a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus essential cookies for security.

• To create, host and display your public page.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To process payments to you through Stripe.
• To show analytics about your page's performance.
• To send you essential service emails (and, if you opt in, product updates).
• To detect, prevent and respond to fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that power Superfolio, and only as needed to run the service:

• Neon - database and authentication.
• Vercel - application hosting and content delivery.
• Stripe - payment processing and payouts.
• Google - optional sign-in and, if you connect it, sending email from your Gmail.
• Resend - transactional email delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of Superfolio and its users.

Content you publish to your Superfolio page is, by design, public and visible to anyone with the link. Do not post information you wish to keep private.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and associated content, except where we must retain limited records (e.g. payment records) to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can also edit or delete most of your data directly from your dashboard.

We use industry-standard measures - encryption in transit, hashed credentials and access controls - to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Superfolio is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We operate globally and may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. We take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
